Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate unforeseen circumstances while also ensuring fairness to both our clients and our team. We kindly request that you provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be waiting.
If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee ($80) may apply.
However, we understand that emergencies and unexpected events can occur, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any concerns or need to discuss your situation.

While we strive to accommodate all our clients’ needs, booking ahead helps us plan and allocate time efficiently.
If you require a last-minute appointment, feel free to reach out to us; we may have openings due to cancellations.
Additionally, for female customers, scheduling your appointment at least 1 week before or after their period may help manage potential skin sensitivity.
Treatment Process & Expectations
As each person’s skin is unique, the healing process will vary accordingly.
Generally, a complete recovery may take approximately 4 to 6 weeks after each treatment and a 10-45% improvement can be seen depending on your aftercare and lifestyle.
With the usage of our specialised aftercare product set, an additional 5-10% improvement can be seen.
Subsequently, multiple sessions may be required to reach the desired result.
Similar to doctors and cosmetic surgeons, we cannot assure complete rejuvenation for everyone as each person’s skin is unique.
With Inkless Stretch Mark Revision, a substantial improvement of up to 95% can be achieved through consistent follow-up treatments.
To enhance the results further, a skin camouflage treatment may be recommended. It is important to note that, unlike Inkless Stretch Mark Revision, the results of skin camouflage are not permanent.

Inkless, Camouflage, acne treatments usually involve minimal discomfort due to the gentle micro-needling. Individuals with sensitive skin may feel a slight stinging sensation. Our Paramedical artist will monitor your comfort and adjust as needed. Additionally, numbing cream is available for those particularly concerned about discomfort.
Other treatments like LED Phototherapy typically do not require numbing cream.
A session typically lasts 1.5 to 2.5 hours, with variations based on the areas treated. If LED Phototherapy is included, this may extend the session by an additional 30 minutes.
Typically, most of our clients experience minimal to no downtime following the treatment. However, a brief healing period is necessary for your skin.
In the initial 72 hours post-treatment, you may observe a slight elevation in the treated area. This is a natural occurrence before the full healing phase gradually unfolds in the subsequent weeks.
Payment/ Instalments options
